Role Description
We are looking for a Supply Chain / Operations Manager to oversee key areas such as inventory management, procurement, order processing, warehousing, and logistics. The ideal candidate is analytical, entrepreneurial, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply plans that align with business goals, balancing sales priorities with financial targets.
- Manage the purchase order process for finished goods, ensuring timely delivery to meet production schedules.
- Proactively identify and resolve supply chain disruptions or delays, collaborating with teams across the organization for quick solutions.
- Work closely with manufacturers to prioritize production and address capacity constraints to avoid bottlenecks.
- Oversee 3PL providers to ensure timely, accurate shipments and maintain high service standards.
- Maintain inventory availability for wholesale orders and ensure efficient, accurate shipment processing.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve, standardize, and automate planning processes for greater efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience within the supplements, wellness, or CPG industries.
- Expertise in supply planning, purchasing/procurement, and inventory management.
- Prior experience with managing vendors and manufacturers.
- Expertise in working with 3PL providers and optimizing logistics operations.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator.
